Required information includes:

• Color of vehicle
• Make/model
• License plate state and number
• Are the tags expired?
• Is the vehicle located on a public right of way, parking lot, or private property?

SLA: Investigated within 48 hours

Note to agent: If this vehicle is suspicious, or impeding traffic flow, call the PD traffic division, extension 1234, for immediate investigation
