Our mission is to aid areas and individuals live healthier lives. Black Dog Institute's Rest Ninja app enables young people to learn about rest in a fun, interactive method under the advice of the 'Master Sleep Ninja.' The app aids teenagers' create healthy rest practices and boost sleep quality.

We've devoted $1 million over 4 years from 2020 to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander neighborhoods and peoples to provide campaigns to boost wellness and life span end results.
