The City of Miami Gardens is NOT responsible for the City's Street Lights. They are the responsibility of the County and Florida Power and Light; however, please call the City's Public Works Department at 305-622-8004 with the following description: The number on the pole on a metal tag above your head level and the actual address that it is adjacent to it. The City will submit the request to the appropriate provider.
