Evanston IL:What is the rescission period for the electricity aggregation program?

If you do not opt-out of the program, you will be included in the city's Electricity Aggregation Program and your electric service will be switched to ComEd. ComEd will send a notice to confirm that your account will be switched and will notify you of the rescission period. You must supply a notice five days before your first scheduled meter read if you wish to rescind.
