Evanston IL:What is required to obtain a Right-of-Way permit?

You need to submit;
1) a completed permit application form including a detailed description and scaled drawing or plans showing the existing site conditions and proposed plans with dimensions for all activities taking place in the public right-of way;
2) a traffic control plan for safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians with dimensions showing the width of each direction lane and construction limits;
3) a certificate of insurance for $1,000,000, valid for the permit period, naming the "City of Evanston" as "additional insured" and if required by City Engineer a bond conforming to stated requirements.
