Evanston IL:What do I do if I have extra garbage/special pick-up?

Residents with the 95 gallon refuse cart may put out one additional garbage bag for pickup per week.
Additional bags and/or bulky items will be collected for a special pick-up fee of at least $25. The fee increases for approximately every 3 cubic yards of garbage; this is approximately the amount of garbage the truck blades can compact on each pass. Please enter a Service Request for Trash - Special Pickup. You may also request this service by calling 311 or 847-448-4311.
