Evanston IL:Spot Surveys

The City does not perform or schedule spot surveys.

Property owners or their contractors are required to hire an Illinois-licensed land surveyor to perform the survey, and then email it to zoning@cityofevanston.org.

The customer should include the address and permit number in the subject line of the email.
