Evanston IL:Several cars on my street never move so the street is never completely cleaned. What can I do to change this situation?

If a car is currently parked on the street when the street cleaning is happening, call 311 and to report the problem. Streets and Sanitation will inspect the situation. If there is debris that is unsightly or obstructing structures, we will post signs warning of towing to come on a particular day to a thorough street sweeping. If vehicles are not moved on the posted day, then we will tow them before finishing the street cleaning.
