Evanston IL:How do I reserve a picnic area?

Evanston residents may reserve a picnic area at the lakefront. Any table not posted as reserved may be used by any person on a first come, first served basis.
Based on the park location and/or the time of year you wish to place a reservation, you will need to go to either the Civic Center or the Dempster Street Beach Office. For complete information regarding picnic reservations and park rentals please visit the Park Permits & Picnics web page.
