Evanston IL:How do I get a block party permit?

The allowable dates for block parties in Evanston are May 1 through September 30. Each BLOCK Is Allowed Only ONE (1) Block Party Per Year. Application must be filed no less than ten (10) working days before the date of the proposed block party. All persons within the affected block must have been notified by the applicant and no more than (3) three object to the closing of the street or the proposed activities.
