Ninety (90) day non-renewable handicapped placards can be obtained in the City Clerk's office located in the Civic Center building at 2100 Ridge Ave.  

Forms for temporary placards for up to six-months and longer are available through the Illinois Secretary of State's office. Secretary of State facilities are not authorized to issue Persons with Disabilities License Plates or permanent parking placards. Disability license plates and permanent placards may only be issued through the Springfield office. For more information, please contact:
