The City offers the following 10 ways to get notified of parking bans/emergencies:

1.  Sign up for https://public.govdelivery.com/accounts/ILEVANSTON/subscriber/new?topic_id=ILEVANSTON_90 or text COE SNOW to 468311.

2.  Sign up online for the http://www.cityofevanston.org/newsletter to receive email updates.

3.  Follow the City of Evanston on http://twitter.com/cityofevanston or http://www.facebook.com/pages/Evanston-IL/City-of-Evanston-Illinois/146894740465

4.  Call the Snow Hotline at 847-864-SNOW (7669) or 847-866-2917 (recorded message available 24/7).

5.  Tune in to Cable Channel 16.

6.  Check the Cit's homepage at http://www.cityofevanston.org/

7.  Listen to Evanston Radio AM 1650.

8.  Listen for the City's emergency sirens.

9.  Call/text 847-448-4311 Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Hours of operation will be extended during snow events

10.  Text SNOW to 847-448-4311 (Automated message available 24/7).
