Evanston IL:A vacant lot has uncut grass and weeds and it looks terrible. Who can take care of this?

Property owners are responsible for maintaining weeds and grass no higher than eight inches.  Submit an "Overgrown grass or weeds" service request.  A Property Maintenance Inspector will respond to the request.  The request may be submitted here: https://www.cityofevanston.org/how-to-/311/submit-a-request or call 3-1-1.
