You can contact Utility Billing by phone at 952-826-0373, or by sending an email toUtilBilling@EdinaMN.gov. The Utility Billing Division's regular office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you contact the City outside of regular office hours, we will respond as soon as possible, during regular office hours.
