e-Utility Billing is a convenient, safe, and secure online service the City of Edina offers to its utility customers. With e-Utility Billing you are able to:
- Pay your utility bill online anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Receive an electronic copy of your bill instead of a paper copy
- View the billing and payment history on your account
- View your water usage history and compare it to others in the City
There is no charge for e-Utility Billing.
To pay your utility bill online, visit https://eub.ci.edina.mn.us/.
To sign up, click on the word “Register” on the eUtility Billing Home page to set-up your personal account. Read the instructions on the User Registration page, complete the online form, check the boxes for Receive eBills and Accept the Terms, enter the Security Code then click “Register” at the bottom of the User Registration page.
