Evanston IL:My basement is flooding. What should I do?

If your basement appears to be flooding with sewage water, you may submit a "Sewer- Basement Flooding" on the City's website at: https://www.cityofevanston.org/how-to-/311/submit-a-request or call 311.  If calling after hours, between 6pm and 7am, contact the Utilities department emergency line at 847-475-6880.
