The instructions to contest a parking ticket are listed on the back of the ticket. There are three ways to contest a parking ticket: in person, on line or by mail. IAn in-person hearing must be scheduled by calling 3-1-1. In-person hearings are currently on Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. To contest the ticket online, please go to http://parkevanston.org and follow the instructions. To contest by mail, submit your written statement and any evidence to City of Evanston Hearings Division, 2100 Ridge Ave, Evanston, IL 60201.
