Customer is unable to publish the article entitled: "What do I do if I see a coyote in the City of Gardena?"
Nothing happens when she clicks Publish, and the article never publishes. I replicated this issue by logging in as Admin_Gardena@publicstuff.com, selecting the article from Drafts, clicking Edit, then Publish. In the console,
